RGA Team building
Cape Town Collaboration arranged and facilitated RGA’s (Reinsurance Company of South Africa) team building day on 26 March 2009. RGA required a team building day to keep staff motivated and team orientation but wanted their team building day to be sustainable as well.
In collaboration with Stephen Road Primary and Soil for Life it was arranged that RGA and the grade 7 learners would plant eco-gardens. The eco garden is sustainable in that soup vegetables were planted to help with the schools soup kitchen feeding scheme.
The day was met with much enthusiasm by learners and RGA staff.
